After 3 decades of excellent leadership, our current Principal of the past 15 years, Mr Richard Young, will retire at the end of 2025. Mr Young has been pivotal in shaping the growth and success of the College and will remain a strategic member of the College Board of Directors in his ongoing role as Chairman of The Hank Young Foundation.
The College Board of Directors is seeking an inspiring and visionary leader to join our school community as Principal in 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educational leader who is passionate about fostering a nurturing, inclusive, and innovative learning environment.
As Principal, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction of the school, driving educational excellence, and ensuring the delivery of a high standard of teaching and learning. You will work closely with the Board of Directors, staff, students, and the wider community to uphold the College’s vision, values, and educational goals.
The new Principal will preserve the mission and ethos of the College established by the founders through the leadership of a highly effective Executive Team. The successful candidate will be appointed by 1 July 2025 for commencement on 1 January 2026.
