Our Year 9 cohort recently visited the Beenleigh Historical Village as part of their studies on the Industrial Revolution and life in Colonial Australia. At the Village, they enjoyed demonstrations and activities, some free time to explore the grounds and exhibits, and a sausage sizzle lunch. The excursion was a valuable experience for students to gain a better understanding of life during this period and to set the scene for their current assignment on the lives of people during the Industrial Revolution.
