Year 8 Business Fair

Donuts, handmade scrunchies, candles, ice cream and smoothies were among the many products presented by aspiring entrepreneurs at the Year 8 Business fair recently.

Our Year 8 Business students were given the opportunity to apply concepts learnt in class, relate them to practical situations, and experience what it is like to be an entrepreneur and business owner. After weeks of preparation, marketing, and planning, students were ready to showcase and sell their products during lunchtimes to staff and students. Through this experience, students were able to develop entrepreneurial, collaborative, problem-solving and innovative thinking skills, which are all relevant to the world of modern business.
