Year 10 Legal Studies Excursion | Queensland Supreme Court

Year 10 students undertaking Legal Studies recently gained a real-world perspective of Criminal Law when they visited the Queensland Supreme Court in Brisbane. Through personal question time with a Supreme Court Magistrate and by observing court proceedings in action, students received an insight into many of the legal concepts they have explored during their studies. The excursion provided a unique educational experience that enabled the cohort to deepen their knowledge and understanding in preparation for future units of study.
