Queensland athletics sensation, Ellie Leneham, shines at the 2024 Australian Championships

It was another amazing achievement for Year 7 Rivermount student, Ellie Leneham, who recently represented Queensland at the 2024 Australian Athletics Championships in Adelaide. The talented 12 year old competed in the Under 14 Years division for Women’s Hammer Throw and Women’s Shot Put.

Ellie won a silver in the Hammer Throw and placed seventh in Australia for her Shot Put competition, throwing a season’s best of 9.56 metres.
