The recent Environment Club Tree Sale attracted plant-loving members of the community to the College Green, with a sizable collection of native seedlings on offer. The sale was an initiative of the Club to raise funds towards the ongoing rejuvenation of the College Riverwalk.
Staff, students, and parents were able to choose from an interesting array of plants, with Native Ginger, Red Cedar, Blue Flax Lilly, and Tulip Wood, to name a few. Seedlings purchased on the day could be taken home for planting or donated back to the Environment Club for establishment along the Riverwalk.
Thank you to Mrs Maura Boston and all members of the College Environment Club for a positive and very successful initiative.
